Welding Systems for manufacture and repair of Anode Brackets/Rods are of
vertical design enabling the machines to be interfaced with the plant
conveyor.
This system allows the Anode Brackets/Rods to be repaired without the
necessity for removal from the conveyor.

Machines for manufacture and repair of Anode Brackets/Rods.
Process selection is determined by Anode Bracket/Rod configuration and
repair levels.

A.I. Flash and Friction Welding Machines are designed to
produce high strength welds with good electrical conducting
characteristics in anode brackets with pin sizes ranging in diameter
from 100mm to 180mm
Machines can accommodate single pin, 2 pin, 3 pin, 4 pin, and 6 pin
Anode Brackets.
