Light Duty Automatic Flash Welding Machine specially designed for production of metal furniture and window frames but with in-built flexibility to accommodate a wide range of metal joining applications within its rated capacity.
Machine capacities range from 1 tonne to 4 tonnes forging and 75 to 150kVA transformer rating.
Machine selection is dependent on material composition, sectional area, component configuration and production requirements.

MACHINE SEQUENCING by fully programmable Logic Control for increased reliability in operation.
ALL HYDRAULIC OPERATION with full system protection by Continuous Filtration System.
COMPONENT ALIGNMENT is maintained by mounting Moving Platen on Substantial Rectangular Slides with roller bearings.
CLAMPING UNITS exert a force sufficient to retain components in postition during welding.
Where end stopping is not fitted Clamping Force is at least Twice Forging Force to prevent Component Slippage.
WELDING TRANSFORMERS are carefully selected for each individual application with particular reference to anticipated duty cycle to eliminate any possibility of overheating that might result in premature failure of the windings.
COMPONENT END STOPPING is used to locate components and to provide accurate length control of the finished Weldment.
QUICK RELEASE TOOLING for fast changeover.
